《Animal Instinct》的MV描述的故事有个背景知识，就是美国的未成年人保护法 ，当美国的地方法院认为孩子的父母没有能力或者不能正确抚养孩子时就可以做出裁决把孩子送到儿童福利院（Children Aid视频里面会出现)，这种法律有时候会保护孩子，但有时候也造成了家庭的悲剧。
